My bucket list includes:

* exercising consistently (at least 4x per week; mixture of cardio and ST) I need to take advantage of the cooler fall days to get outside and walk. DD and I may sign up for taekwondo this month (one day a week)

* Stay well-under my daily calorie range. Getting back to concentrating on 5 freggies a day should help (I didn't do well on this over the weekend).

To simply get back on program. I have taken an annual hiatus and it's time I jumped back on this horse and start losing weight again.

I can see I've been using my bucket list as a crutch . . . although I'd like to consider it a compliment, as well:

I volunteer to work with International students and their parents during the week of orientation on my campus and alma mader. I often put their country on my bucket list. . . This is the complimentary part, as I enjoy hearing about their country and customs. I love living in the United States and traveling. I'll be okay if I don't get to these countries that I've seen through the eyes of our students. It's been a fun journey. In the meantime I did take a cruise out of Los Angeles, visit family, and enjoy part of Mexico this summer. Fun! In September, it will be to go to my home away from home in Southwest Florida.

What are your mini-goals you're setting for yourself in the month of August ?

Here's some examples:

At least 10 eight oz. glasses of water daily

At least 10,000 steps daily
