I put a sign up on my bathroom mirror that says "I am not that person anymore" - not the person who says I can eat anything I want today and I'll diet tomorrow.

Trying to get all my waters drunk. emoticon

12/30/19 to 06/30/20 lose 18 lbs and then 06/30/20/to12/30/20 lose another 18 lbs. Total 36 lbs I will then be 180 pounds

Weigh-in 216 lbs BMI 36.

Steps; 1: exercise 500+ minutes a month
2: eat healthy
3: drink water and get to 64 oz a day
4: login to SP daily
5: no snacks at night
6: bedtime before midnight
7: Weigh-in daily and official weekly on Tuesdays
8: mindful of portion size

OMG BP is now up to 139/61 and pulse 52This is the best! 61? Haven't seen that in the longest time! So excited. That's why I feel the energy to move. I had stopped taking my BP for a bit as I Knew it was low by my energy level which was very low but the last few days felt so much better. Sorry for rambling on but so excited. And yes the swelling is back, even my face, my eyes are nearly shut and my feet overflow my shoes Now it's to get that under control and I'll be just as good as new - I wish - LOL

Tonight I feel good - better than in a long time. I sure wasn't feeling good this morning and Slept most of the afternoon till 7:10 p.m. I even went for a walk with DH tonight!

I don't understand; I didn't eat the equivalency of calories in a pound and yet I have gained another pound.... I wish my body was that quick to take it off!! goal is getting bigger by the day emoticon

OMG! Scale up to 221 this morning??? Calories yesterday were at 1180... Also put in 16 minutes of biking.. And I was very productive around the house. Can't see what more I could do so I'll keep at it and we'll see.... now have 7 pounds instead of 5 to lose this month emoticon

April 14 to June 30 - 2 1/2 months - lost 15 pounds and now under 220.

Now the plan is to tackle the next 10 pounds. This month I'd like to see a 5 pound lost. I have made a graphic or the coming month for a daily track down as I'm visual. I also have added pages to journal my journey for easy access t a glance with * for things that are moe important.

Let's do this!!!

I think your viewing your nutritional report too. Fiber is hard to reach I'm at 16 most of the time. I can't seem to get it all in.... either I'm good with cholestoral and sodium but short on iron fiber potassium or fiber. If I were to have all my nutrients in, I'd have to eat an excessive amount of calories!

I try to get 1200 calories a day. I track my menu for the day in the morning. I have a half pound to lose to reach my weekly goal. I track weight on Sunday only. Weigh-in in between to keep on track.

I opened this tread so we can share what we have learned and what worked best to lose all those unwanted pounds. How do we achieve this? I hope someone else will help me on my journey. I'd love to do this together

My starting weight was 234 lbs on April 14th, 2019. I needed to lose 93 lbs and so far have lost 13. This year by December I want to be at 180lbs.. It would be awesome if I lost more

Today I read about food and their preservative. Somehow it made sense to me.
It can be the cause of A) heartburn or indigestion, B) many trips to the bathroom or most often C) constipation.
Preservatives do what it says - preserve. Therefore harder to digest our food because they are conditioned to be preserved. This is why it's very important to chew our food very well before swallowing so our stomach can process it without hardship if at all if we don't chew enough
Just thought I'd share this bit of information with you all. I find it very interesting
