emoticon emoticon to the team. Start tracking your food today. If it goes in your mouth track it. Explore the site. Start drinking more water. I was a big soda drinker. It took me 3 weeks to completely get off soda but I did it. I haven't had one since October 30. Wait, I had 2 sips of my nephews Birch Beer on Christmas Eve, but no Mt. Dew. I replaced a can of soda for a glass of water every other day. I also bought Mio, it is a water enhancer and comes in all different flavors.

These are thinkgs that worked for me. You have to find what works for you by trial and error. The tracker is great for everyone. Exercise, consult your Dr. I am pinching pennies now to purchase the Sparkpeople cookbook. Everyone is raving about it. Good luck on your lifestyle journey. When you belong to SP it is one that we are all taking together and you are not alone.

Hi, I just heard about this today and was starting a new diet today so I decided to try this. All of your posts are encouraging for me. I seem to be always trying new diets but either don't stick to them or they don't work for me. I think being a part of this and having others to talk to, hear their stories and successes may help me. And maybe I can help others? I am at my all time high and don't want to go any higher in weight. I want to be realistic for my age, at first I will be happy to get under 200. Any weight loss tips, encouragement, and help will be greatly appreciated!
