I added peanut butter on a Wasa oat cracker as a snack and it added what I needed to the fat and added a spark to my day.

Under on most of my goals today......... ate on the light side.

Got in a long bike ride even though it was pretty humid and hot today. Did it early before it got too bad.

Also did an early morning and late evening walk with my dog and my neighbors. Interesting walking two dogs who want to go in differant directions. LOL



As you read on Maryam's earlier post I am posting the Sept and Oct challenge. All suggestions are appreciated and I will try to incorporate them into the monthly challenge. Send me a quick email if you have an idea.

thank you, I am looking forward to see my family, 2 years is a long time not seeing them.

The travel will take about 16 hrs, I have a layover in Frankfurt of 2 hrs 15 mins enough time to reach my connection to Copenhagen and to take a long walk after sitting on the plane for more than 6 hrs.

Met most of my goals.......... over on calories and carbs. I seem to have gone back to cookies and cheerios. Nope = Im not pregnant= just strange cravings for cookies and cheerios.

Could be worse. could be ice cream and chips craving.

Got some walking in although it was another very hot and humid day. Got some swimming and pool time in too.

Going to bed early = and try to get the bike out before the heat...................

Is anyone else having problems with the SP site pages not loading fully???

This page is just text. My nutrition page doesn't show any of the buttons and the food search doesn't show my favorites tab.

It's been like this for me for over a week now.

I had one day that it was ok, but now it's back to it's old tricks. I know that it is in my computer, but don't know how to fix it... soooooooo, I'm just guessing that my numbers are about the same, which means I'm meeting everything except fiber & sodium... I've continued to eat the same way.... I just got home from my dr visit, a checkups and he was very happy about my 12 pound weight loss. I don't go back until Feb. Should be able to lose a little more by then, maybe another 10...

Nutritional information for Wednesday:
Over for Calories (286), Fat (32)and Sodium (322).

Under for Protein (4), Folate (16), and Fiber(1).

Everything else was within range.

My calorie differential was (+)10.

Indulged in having an Oyster Po'Boy sandwich for dinner, along with Bread Pudding for dessert. But I did do my exercises this morning & we did a lot of walking at the Zoo. I finished the day with just over 19,000 steps for Wednesday.

Tomorrow we will be doing a lot more walking, returning to the Market to pick up Pralines and other things as gifts for family and friends.

On Friday we start our trip home.

Hello everyone. I have been doing super with my goals; but been too busy too post..LOL...Seems like I have had company all summer; but, it's wonderful because I love for people to drop by. I walked 24,245 steps today...I even walked in the rain..LOL..Well can't let the weather stop me from being healthy, my umbrella worked just fine. People probaly thought I was crazy; but, oh well, i'm starting to look good and that makes me feel good..LOL

We haven't failed until we fail to try again!

met all my goals except went a little over on calories and carbs and a little under on fibre. Exactly opposite of what I should do. Went on the boardwalk and had some fat free frozen yogurt. Ohhhh it was so yummy.

Did alot of walking today = but didnt ride my bike. Way too hot.

Didn't track, ate too much. Friends over. Went for a long strenuous hike and had pasta near the river with mojitas.

I think I'm falling off the wagon here.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. Did ok on calories....... and met most goals except went over on calcium but Im ok with that. Today was a no exercise day = but I did get a little swimming in.

I want to buy a weighted hula hoop. i have re-arranged some things in my garage ( which is the only place I have room to workout ) and think that will be a fun piece of equipment to add to my collection. Want to work on the mid section.

Going to the shore tomorrow and spending the day with my Mom. Looking forward to it.

Everyone is doing so well Thats GREAT KEEP up the good work ladies.

I didn't get my work out in last night my little nephew showed up . I was going to do the split works outs to save on the pressure on my back. I had to go back on the lyrica last night. Not happy about that. but work was really tough to get thru with this back pain. They already want to cut me I dont want to push my luck and wind up getting surgery. I am not working out this morning either :( emoticon But I "Should" get done at a reasonable hr today so I can get home and work out in my leasure.
I am so happy with the results I have gotten so far I dont want to give up NOW and am afraid to take days off from doing something even if it is only a lite work out. I have always told OTHERS a little is better than NONE so guess I will have to put my feet to the pavement and practice what i preach HUH?!!!!! emoticon

Met calories, fat, protein, calcium, potassium
Over fiber, magnesium
Under carbs
7 fruits/veggies, 9 cups water
Ran 2.79 miles in 30 minutes (broke my record!!)

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Met my goals on sodium, calories and fat
Over my goals on fiber and carbohydrates
Under my goals on protein

Did 60 minutes of aerobics, 105 minutes of aerobic walking and 60 minutes of Pilates

Sunday:

Over my goals on sodium, fat, carbohydrates and calories
Under my goals on fiber
Met my goals on protein

Did 120 minutes of aerobic walking
