I haven't planned any exercising today. I just have to start my fall cleaning. Besides, I am going to have another person moving into my house and we got to make room for her.

I sprained my ankle two weeks ago, so nothing. It is feeling much better and I can walk without pain, but just giving it another week to heal before I started taking dogs for walk.

I'm changing me!
