Ok-- I'll do this (even though I am in kinda a lower mood today)

My goal is to consistently walk 5 miles/per day 6x a week
I am aiming for 185 by June
I want to encourage 5 SParkers each day
...
and a harder one is to build up to blog once a week

It is stated that those who define their goals are more likely to achieve them, the more specific the better, so I am breaking down my goals-----feel free to add yours too!

Hattie's 2017 Goals--
1st goal 25lbs--June 17th 2017 (my 40th b'day)
2nd goal 25lbs more ---October 1st,2017
3rd goal 25lbs more---Jan 1st, 2018

Very safe and doable

I also want to be at a size 10 in jeans and a large in shirts.

I recently had a huge mind shift, and it has become about health, not about appearance. I want to be able to live a very long time, and make it to my 50th wedding anniversary. We just had our 15th!
