Thanks for the support. It gets so frustrating but nice to know others understand. I'm gonna change up a few things and see if it helps.

I can totally understand your frustrations, but did you take measurements sometimes the weights do not change but the measurements do.

Next thing to think about are you doing the same thing and or eating the same things on the same days? somethings your body will adjust. if so try changing things up a little and maybe it would could help.

Are you drinking enough? if you are not getting enough water you might not lose

and are you getting enough sleep? Sleep too can affect your weight loss

Just some things to think about

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

I know exactly what you mean. When I have days like that I try to take my measurements or try something on to see how many inches I have lost. My scale didnt move for a month once, but I went down a dress size. Either way, keep it up! You can get past this hump!

Like SUNNYRAYE said, you're not alone. Many of us have been frustrated when the scale doesn't budge.

This might be easier said than done, but don't let the number on the scale control your mood for more than a few seconds. If necessary, hide the scale for a while and just focus on eating healthy and getting fit.

Also, try shaking things up with your calories and exercise routine. Find a way to get out of a rut you might be in.

SUNNYRAYE also mentioned that you might have some non-scale victories. Look at those for inspiration when the scale doesn't budge.

Hang in there! you are not alone. I think we have all experienced the same thing.

It is so frustrating.

You are doing your best and you need to be kind to yourself. We didn't pick the weight up in a week and can't remove it in that time frame either.

But looking at the bigger picture you have gained many non-scale victories I'm sure. Things like exercise being easier, not so hard to get out bed, knees not as painful, clothes fitting better.

Remember that this isn't a destination kind of thing it's a journey. You aren't just running for a number on the scale but finding a new way of life to be healthy and happy. A scale doesn't provide health nor happiness (only maybe temporarily).

you can do this! Well done on your achievement thus far!

I am getting super frustrated. I am staying in the recommended calorie range and work out 5 days a week. Do cardio and weights. Every week I try to push alittle harder. Friday is weigh in day. The scale is not budging. It is really discouraging. I'm doing all this and feel like nothing is happening.
