I lost 3 more pounds and am so excited. The scale is really moving in the right direction, woohoo!

I lost 4.8 lbs this week. hard for me to workout due to back issues so this is all based on eating habits changing.I cant wait to see the progress once I can incorporate exercise more

Last week was my 1st week so lost big = 8lbs

This week was my 2nd week so lost less = 1.7 lbs

Almost let that discourage me BUT I know that that is what has led to my failure in the past so worked really hard on talking positively to myself. I reminded myself I have exercised for 16 days straight, likely gained some muscle, and am forming a long-term life style change of sustainable changes.

Then focused on what I could do that would be FUN for exercise today - ended up spending an hour with my hubby and 2 kids playing Dance Dance Revolution on the xbox - fun and fat burning = win win win

Way to go everyone. I just started on the 1st. I have lost 9 lbs! I know that's a lot but I made a drastic overhaul to my eating habits. I was eating garbage really, processed conveinience foods and fast food and sugary drinks, my doc says that explains the rapid loss and that it's not always going to be that much :( so I am shooting for 2-3lbs a week :) It will be great getting to know you guys!!!
