stay focused on goals. dont let the small things make you give up for the day, week or month. get back on track with the next meal, workout, or day, small stuff will build up momentum till you get healthy habits and you get closer to mini goals

So I've ignored this site for a bit now, but not anymore. I've recently gained 50 pounds quickly, also am retaining a ton of water. I don't like the way I feel. The exercise bike I ordered came today, I did 20 minutes. In total I need to lose about 100 pounds. I won't know for sure until I get closer because I've always had a lot of muscle mass.

I'm not losing for anyone but myself. I have never worn shorts and never go outside in a tank top. I am tired of being so hot in the summer!

Someday, I would like to run, outside.

I want to wear a short dress. I want to go on amusement park rides. I want to learn to swim. emoticon
