Sorry i forgot to post yesterday. I am down to 234. I lost 2 lbs for a total so far of of 26 lbs. lost.

48Lbs gone total.

I had a binge weekend, with lots of junk food and beer :( I'll tell you I felt like a 3 dollar bill Sunday morning.. My body isn't liking garbage too much :)

Only down 0.4 pounds this week which is kinda dissapointing but, I found some cute Capri's on sale at Old Navy and when I tried on the size I thought I needed (12) and found them too big, and then ended up getting an 8 - I was over the small number loss - something is leaving, if I can fit an 8!

Just got back from the doctor's office! I hate getting on his scales because I ALWAYS weigh more on his! LOL!!! I was somewhat surprised, but his scales mirror my own! Woo Hoo! He was very happy with my progress. I go back in two months for another post-op/med recheck. Can't wait to see what I can do in two months time! :-) Here's to week three!

182.2 - down 12.8 pounds in two weeks! emoticon

just wanted to add...
my hubby and kids have noticed I'm dropping weight. My jeans and t-shirts are getting too big. T-shirts that are typically too tight on me are fitting just fine now! :-) I can't wait to see how things to this week. I have a dr's appt this morning at 10:30 - can't wait for him to weigh me and see my weight loss. :-)

Hi gang! Just wanted to celebrate a little with my team! I know the numbers are moving slowly, but I had to break down and buy new jeans because the old ones are too big! I can't yell a loud enough ~YIPPEE!
Then I tried on a pair in a certain size that I thought would have been a mistake to even try on, but they said "stretch" so I thought I could "sssttttreettcchhh" the dream, right? Folks, they fit! They are on me right now! On ME! WWWOOOO HOOOO! So, I'm thinking this a fluke, but hoping not. I bought a couple shirts in a similar size too! You guys rock! Thanks for the support! Now, let's kick those "200's" to the curb and get this game on! emoticon emoticon

I joined spark 3 days ago and am down 2 pounds. I've been keeping a journal of my eating since Dec. and emailing it daily to a couple of friends. My SW in Dec. was 257.4 and today I'm 235.4...My mini goal is to be 232 by March 22.

I am up 5 pounds since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago!

I know exactly how it happened. I wasn't tracking my food and exercise (and there fore not as diligent) and I have been swamped and not had as much time for planning - I have had lunch out probably 4 times in the past week (usually it's just once a month).

So, I have joined the March challenge and hope to see a positive change next week. Congrats to all of you who have worked hard and are seeing a loss!!
