Back up that darn 0.6 pounds (keep going back and forth that same amount?)

But, I overate most days last week and only exercised twice. So that's about right.

Not letting it discourage me, and hoping it will encourage me to do better this week.

totally bummed...lost 1.1 lb on friday...now i just weighed today and gained 1.3...must of been the Olive Garden dinner...and i didn't even eat that much...oh well..will not give up..just makes me to be more determined...

I lost 1.8 lbs this week for a total loss of 8.6 lbs I was hoping for 2 lbs this week but any loss I will take I know this week I have to work hard so I can achieve my month's goal of 10 lbs

I'm at 235.4 which is 2.8 pounds for this week! My goal is 2 pounds per week each week for the whole year. So far I've lost 12.4 pounds total. :o)

Hi Allison, Don't despair. Your weight gain due to exercise is most likely due to muscle gain not fat or water gain. So chin up and keep up the good work! emoticon

182. :( Today was the last day of my regiment of steroids for an allergic reaction I had a few weeks ago. I am hoping that the scale will now begin to drop instead of my weight staying the same for the past few weeks. Still hoping for a 4lb weight loss for this month which will meet two weight loss goals I have set for myself. Praying my body looses this weight from the meds!

I have gained.... .Not sure why? I have been staying in my goal targets for the day with calorie, fat, ect.... or I am under. and I still gain..... so I decided to start working out and I gained more. I hate to say that I am frusterated, but well I am. Can anyone please give me some advice to help me I am ready to loose this weight. I have clocked everything that I eat even down to the sauce or little things so I know I am not missing things that way. Any help will be appreciated.

That's less than normal for me. But at least I know why. Exercise was right on par this week, but I had my 5 yr old niece for 3 days and while I made healthy choices and still got my movement in, I did not measure/weigh and track. I think I was high on sodium and I know I was low on vegetables.

I've lost 2 pounds this week :) I'm very happy about it! I'm back at it again and this is a good start!

No matter how slow you're going, you're still lapping everyone on the couch :-)

0.6kg loss this week. Super happy causr this was a bad week with a a little emotional eating and some non-existant tracking of food. Only 0.6kg to go to reach my personal mini goal of 5kg lost in 6 weeks ( Feb 24th )
