155. Only down 1 pound this week. I knew the weightloss would slow down eventually. Total of 12 pounds in 4 weeks. 1/3 of the way through my 12 week challenge and almost 1/2 way to my goal. I guess that isn't to bad!

Today is my first day. I weighed myself this morning at 137.5. I am hoping for a 2-3 pound loss by this time next week, so...we shall see!

Restarting weight loss again down a few pounds from last time I weighed in and up 2-3 inches at each point of measurement, so I know that I've lost muscle and gained fat.

Down a pound and a half this week. Surprising because I had a really bad week last week and didn't eat right and only worked out a few times.

Weighed in this morning at 170.2. That's down 4.3 pounds from last week. My estimate is that 3 of those pounds lost are due to normal monthly weight fluctuations but I'm pretty sure the other 1.3 is legit weight loss. Woo!

I just started using SparkPeople 2 weeks ago, and started at 192, the heaviest I've ever been. Since I've done WW before, it's not difficult for me to track, or the emotional stuff that comes with it! I weighed myself yesterday at 187.8, which means I'm down almost 5 pounds! Go me.

2 lbs down this week tracking faithfully. I guess we really are what we eat...not what we exercise....crazy. I prioritized exercise...I still will...but this tracking really seems to work!

I just weighed in, at 172.6, hope don't go up since keeps fluctuating up and down within a few lbs. I need to get to 169 then will feel a little better going under 170 again as a few weeks ago i was close to 160 so don't know what happened as was eating the same, just drinking a lot more water. a few days ago i decided to change my workout again as i felt like maybe the other workouts were only building muscle and maybe why i gained too much weight. So right now i'm doing ea active sports for wii; the 30 day challenge. I finally lost 2 lbs after a couple weeks so that is one plus if keeps going down. I also just ordered biggest loser challenge 2010 wii game, looks like might be good so will start that either while doing this current challenge or wait until after done.

I weighed in at 198.8 this morning. After starting at 210 at the beginning of Jan, it feels good! 181 is my half way point, but I really want to get to 179 because that's when my BMI will tip over into "normal." I'm trying to focus on reasonable goals though, so the next number I have my eye on is 195. Four more pounds? I can do that!

I know it's not for everyone, but I weigh myself every morning. I need the feedback about how I'm doing. I have a pretty good relationship with the scale and can keep it in context if the number isn't what I was hoping to see. It's difficulty sometimes, but I've discovered that it's better for me to know where I am daily.

Wishing willpower for us all!

Last week I was at 168.2 and this morning I was at 168.8. Oh well, on the bright side, I haven't made it back up to 170 :) This week I want to get down closer to 165 (not to it, just closer) :)

Just remember that the weight we gained, was because of a long period of time eating badly. It will take time to lose it.. Just change your lifestyle (eating right and excerise) and the weight WILL keep coming off...

Well last week I was at 168.5 and now I am down to 166. I cant really complain though cause I have been averaging about a pound a week. Now if I can only remember how I did it. emoticon

Weigh in at 163 this morning. A day early than my usual weigh in. A little disapointed coz it seems the scale didn't budge. I actually gained a tad bit when I am doing better with tracking food, excercise, and have actually been so good with portion control this week. :(

down 1.7 from last week. The scale is moving EVER so slowly...but I know I'm losing body fat..so I need to be patient. Also, want to focus on eating better this week! Goal is 2-4 fruits/veggies every day:-)

Stay dedicated, it's not going to happen overnight:-)
