A few more pounds closer to my December goal of 180. I weighed in yesterday and was down 3 pounds to 190.5. Worked out twice this week and going at least one more time before Sunday.

PRETTYNINK23 - Oh I understand you perfectly. I spent a lot of time trying to be happier for everyone else. It's become too tiring so now I just talk about it with friends or my therapist and I feel better sometimes. I also pray sometimes and that helps. *hugs* It's a great goal to want to be happier! It's one of mine though I don't think I ever said it was one LOL. Keep up the awesome work!

I want to be happier. That doesnt sound like a weight loss goal but I have been so stressed and miserable for so long I just want to be a happier person. A lot of people dont get that because I seem happy but I try so hard to not look and feel depressed all the time.

My other goal is to up my water intake and get more energy from the workouts ive started.

1. Drink more water.
2. Go to the gym at least 3 times per week.

My December Goal is to be exercising consistently 30 minutes 3 times per week AND to reach my end of year goal of 265 lbs. It was originally 275 but I reached that about 3 weeks or so ago, so I moved it.

Hey everyone. My main goal for December is to use this group to help motivate myself and keep myself accountable.
My other December goals are:

1. Lose between 5 and 10 lbs
2. Track my food everyday
3. Exercise at least 3 times per week
4. Limit eating out to 1 day per week, or not at all
5. Try not to go overboard because of Christmas
6. I just started using the blog on here so I definitely want to make that a regular part of my journey :)

December is here! Didn't meet my November goals fully but it's a new month and I can do it! My goal for December is to lose 14 pounds. May be alot but gotta aim high! It would only be 10 but gotta lose the extra that I didn't lose in November. I want to go out New Years eve weighing in at 180.

Also to exercise 4-5 times per week. I feel so much better after working out even for just 30 minutes.

I intend on making this month my B*&!H because I have been having some SERIOUS motivation issues lately and have NOT been focusing like I should but I want to end 2012 with a bang so I am really stickin to it this month to get myself back in gear for the next year ahead =)

December Goals:
*Track EVERYTHING I eat and stay within calorie goals

December goals:
1) Be down a total of 60 lbs by Christmas (7 lbs to go)
2) Find more creative workouts. I'm getting bored!
3) Go out and do something active with my husband every week when we get a day off together. He has lost 25 lbs so far without really trying!
4) Don't let the holidays throw me off!

My November goals were:
1) Lose a total of 50 lbs by Thanksgiving.
-- I cut it close, but I did it! Weighed in at 250 lbs on Thanksgiving morning!
2) Better meal planning. I am good about cooking, but not planning ahead! Because of this, I have to go to the grocery store a few times a week. I need to plan more than 1 day ahead!
-- I successfully did this 2/4 weeks this month (Thanksgiving threw me off). It was much easier, plus I saved money!
3) Make a healthy, tasty dish to take to Thanksgiving dinner. I want it to be so good that no one knows it's low-cal!
-- I made a lightened-up corn pudding, and everyone loved it

I love setting these goals and then reporting my results. Keeps me accountable :)

My goals for December are:

1. Lose at least 10 pounds!
2. Stay 100% on track with fitness (35+ minutes every day, including Christmas Eve and Christmas- I don't want to ruin my fitness streak, currently over 15 weeks)!
3. Stay in my calorie range every day this month except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!
4. Get an A on both of my finals!
5. Enjoy my Christmas break (Dec 7-Jan 6)!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! When I reflected on my November goals, I didn't meet my weight loss goal, but I stayed on track with the others. Just a reminder that the scale isn't everything!

My December goals are:
Lose 4 pounds (get below 230!)
Jog 30 minutes straight (end of C25K)
Run my first 5K - December 15 (Okay, so I'll probably walk 1/3 of it, but still)
Remember to be an intentional, not mindless, eater over the Christmas holiday when I go home

3.) Strengthen upper body.

My second child is due 12 January (6 more weeks) and I want to finish out this pregnancy with the habits I wanted to start it with to help make losing the baby weight afterwards less difficult.

My main Goal for December is to lose 10 lbs. It'll be hard, i know but since i'm just starting out, i think i can swing it.
Other goals:
make a habit out of drinking 8 glasses of water a day
track my food every single day for the entire month
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day

Here we are again Team, time to post those December goals!! Let us know what you want to accomplish for the month of December! What do you want to achieve before we roll into 2013? Share share share!!

I don't know about anyone else, but I can't believe it's December!! The year has been flying by, and we'll be in a new year before we know it. I hope everyone made it through November and reached one, two three, or all of their goals!

For December I'd like to lose 5 more lbs, stick to my Couch 2 5K routine, and eat out less! I want to get back into logging in daily instead of sporadically, because that really helped. And I want to get back to blogging! Phew, that's a lot :)
