groovy! i got a bike and i haven't ridden it in a while (loose dog scare got to me, then crummy weather), but its always better to just ride around and enjoy the fresh air any time you can. enjoy it.

I love my bike. My son and I ride as much as we can! Since we live in a pretty suburban area riding to the store or anywhere really isn't feesible. We like to ride our bike to the park and I usually walk around and keep moving.

It will get better! I love my bike! I know it hurts, but just think about the amazing things that are happening in your body because you are getting out there and riding!

Taking the weight loss journey one day at a time...

I got a bike from my mom for Christmas. I've taken it out a few times since I got it, and my thighs hurt afterwards. Now keep in mind, I haven't really ridden a bike in like 10 years!

I am intending to ride after my son goes to school, I don't have any clue how far I'll actually go each day, but I assume I could probably do about 1.5 miles a day.


Calories burned are calories burned, no matter how ya get them burned right?!
