stayed the same this week but have started loosing inches rather than weight which is great, have bought new jeans and i am down a size , having to get suit tailored as to big so i am doing well , 3lbs to go then have hit target and just need to tone up and keep it off

Did my weigh-in for the week and I am down 2.6 pounds. I am little worried about being able to keep the loss going because I am having to stop running due to injury and nothing else gets me sweating like that. Just have to see how it goes these next couple of weeks. I have hit my half-way mark, so I am excited about that.

I have been trying to lose weight since September of 2008. At that time I was just over 170 pounds. I was finally starting over and realized that I need to get myself into shape and i am the only one that has the power to do that. In June of 2009 I finally was able to hit 135, which I am happy about. But since then I haven't been staying focus. So I set a new goal to be 110. I am not sure if I can get that small, if I can, I would at least like to get into shape overall again!! This site it really helping and I am glad that I found it!!

Yay on your 3 lbs! My best motivation for getting to gym is how I feel when I don't. If you just start making it part of your day it only takes a very short time to feel the difference of how good it makes you feel... and buy new gym clothes, hehe.

Well I seem to have slowed down my weight loss, although I'm not sure why! I have been exercising and not eating any junk that doesn't fit into my plan. I think I might need to start weighing my food again and getting out the measuring spoons to make sure what I think looks like 1 tbsp is 1 tbsp.

Well unfortunately I was up a half lb this week, to 156.2. On the plus side tho, my bodyfat percentage was down to 38.2% which means (if it's accurate) that I actually lost a half pound of fat and gained a pound of muscle. So I don't feel quite so bad. haha
There are fancy cookies and half a cheesecake in the house atm, thanks to hubby's birthday and Valentine's. Hopefully that temptation will be gone by Wed so that I can have a better week! heehee

I weighed myself this morning to see that I'm down 4 pounds this week - I'm a little surprised (I weigh myself almost every morning), so I think I might be dehydrated. As much as I'd love a 4 pound loss - I think I'll get in all my water and try again tomorrow!

lost 1lb this week, not pleased though have again been eating snacky food and fatty food and have lost my way, did not do any cardio and had a bug for 2 days which i am now at the end off, it is making me feel a bit down though. Body starting to change shape however and clothes starting to look big so suppose thats a positive but will have to buy new clothes which is another thing with money etc. Not a good week for me but looking to get back on track next week and get my motivation back
