I ran 5 miles this morning, my longest since starting up again about a week and a half ago. Also so far have got in over an hour of walking in the course of doing chores, like returning library books and doing laundry, that also involve carrying heavy things!

After class today I'm headed to the gym for some upper body strength training and then 4 miles on the treadmill. I really want to get back into classes at the gym, so I might go back later this evening for spin class or body combat. I always tend to hurt myself after a few days back at the gym... here's to a healthy start at getting back in the swing of things! emoticon

I'm about to hit up the gym for a swim! I injured my foot somehow (either a bruise or a strain), and I refuse to use my injury as an excuse to sit around and do nothing. My goal is 20 laps!

Today I did my treadmill workout and then BodyPump. We had a new instructor today and he was insane! Feels good to be done with exercise for the day though :)

I am a real exercisephobe (oh heck, call it lazy) so I am working on my fast goal of doing 10 minutes of exercise everyday to build up the habit.

Today I grabbed my mat and did jumping jacks, push ups (lady style) and lunges. Great for a fast workout!

Congratulations to all you fit bunnies..5 mile runs?? Awesome!

I did a treadmill workout with hills and then an hour long BodyPump class. I was in a bit of a bad mood so it was tough to get through, but I did it anyway. Yay me haha

Hang in there! I injured my knee 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to run. Even walking hurts it. Before this I was doing great, got up to 5 mi runs. Injuries really suck. I guess the important thing is to not let eating get out of control just bc you can't exercise. At least that's my problem. Stay motivated!

I have had an extremely hard time because i have had an injured toe that is so painful i can't even walk. Today i'm going to do target hip, butt, and thigh exercises as i can't do much else. emoticon

I did a 30 minute treadmill class for the first time. It was haaaaard! But I felt really good when I was done. I also did a 30 minute Belly/Butt/Thighs Bootcamp class. That kinda kicked my butt, but I stuck it out and now I can relax for the rest of the day!

30 mins of kickboxing ans 15 minutes of Zumba. I'm aiming for an hour everyday but so far, this has been my longest. except when I'm hiking. I hope to get there someday soon.

Today I'm going to two 30 minute classes at my gym; Fat Burning Pilates and Bosu Bootcamp. I haven't been to either one before, but I enjoy most of the classes. My goal is to work out for at least 1 hour Mon-Sat so these classes help me achieve that. They're difficult, but the time goes by so quickly!

I need some helpful suggestions for more I can do. Doctor says I need to do exercising that will increase my heart rate and work my full body. I have never exercised intentionally so I have no idea what to do.

Lisa's Zumba. Just got back a little while ago, burn an average of 1500 calories in her class, it's great since it's only an hour. I love going to her class, knowing that's the only exercise I have to do for the day.
