WOW! Congrats on 10 years. You're an inspiration to me. I'm 5 lbs. from goal, have reached it many times before, but have never maintained. I enjoy reading success stories like your emoticon and hope that for the first time in my life I'll maintain instead of regain with the new habits and encouragement I've gotten from SP.
