I know what you mean about the ick close up! lol I usually work out on a yoga Mat when I'm on the ground because I have hard wood floors - but I always have to sweep them now before I even begin!

OMG, I am soooo tired. However, I scraped myself up and did 3 10-minute spark videos to count as my 30 minutes of fitness. Yippee!

Note to self: must clean the gym area downstairs! Laying on the floor gave me a close-up view of the ick.

Good morning Marylanders! It's a gray day outside today! I am challenging myself to keep a sunshiney positive attitude. Want to join me in the spark? I'm pledge to log my 30 minutes of fitness time, regardless of weather.

I know it makes me sound sorta like a baby, but the weather makes a big difference to me. My *big* exercise thing is to walk/run my giant puppy on the trails near my house.

During the winter, or when the weather is crappy, I have typically pooped out and stayed in. I get bored in my little gym on the eliptical and with the weights.

BUT -- I am changing this! I am working out today downstairs and using the elliptical and spark videos!

Join me in my challenge on this gray day! Fitness is our daily bread (it must be, cuz I'm hardly eating any!!).

Hola Candy251,

I love doing bicep curls. See great results from it. And for aerobic, I do an elliptical machine. Great sweat, calorie burner, without the stress on the knees. The traditional exercises work great: bench press, bi curl, tri extension, leg extension and curl, lat pulldown....and for my abs, I do hanging leg raises.

Hola JCMYEREZ -

I have a question to all - I'm trying to figure out the exercises I could see the most results from. From what you guys have seen in the past what is the exercise you notice the most difference with?

I have to create a new thread because for one reason it won't let me reply to the previous one.

I hope everyone is doing great, better shape, well hydrate and ready for the upcoming Holidays!!!
