My goals for today are to....

-get in at least 60 minutes of cardio
-drink 12 glasses of water
-eat 6 fruggies
-stick to my eating plan emoticon

My first and probably the most important...get up and move at least 10 minutes every morning and afternoon. I am a totally sedentary person.
Once I get into this mind-set on a daily basis the other goals I have will fall into place quickly:
1) Loose 20 pounds to avoid bladder surgery and 2) Loose 40 pounds by Christmas day

Time to manage a new monthly goal starting tomorrow emoticon I've been walking 5 miles since last saturday and it is hard on my knee, but it is so good for my heart and my mind, so I'm going to continue as much as I can as long as my knee holds out. I want to loose another 7 lbs. this month coming to 199.5 and break 200!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Let's keep pushing forward.

My goals for this week were to continue walking everyday, but to add power walking 3x a week and to lower my calories a day to 1300. And to loose 1 more lb. this week by July 14.
