I did a workout at home in the weekend, skipped my fitness class yesterday because I wasn't feeling well.

I put my boots on for the first time this morning and walked to the clinic for a blood test. I also stopped at the grocery store on the way back to pick up some limes for a pico de gallo recipe by Hello Nutritarian that I want to try out. I'm pretty pleased with my smart choices.

I might invest in some new boots because the ones I have now tend to be slippery. I like them because they are very light, but it was no fun to worry about slipping in the wet snow.

No matter how slow you go, you are STILL lapping everybody on the couch.

I really have to step up my exercise. That's always been a challenge for me, except for going on long walks with my sister when the weather is nice. Now that the cold weather is here, I have to get back into the routine of using my stationary bike. I've done it a few times, but not nearly enough.

No matter how slow you go, you are STILL lapping everybody on the couch.

I get at least 300 minutes of walking / biking per week so I think I'll not keep posting about that, but I'll post about my efforts with strength training. I go to a fitness class at the physiotherapist's center once a week and I try to do one (small) workout at home.

This week I can't go to the center on wednesday so I arranged that I can go a similar class tonight (had to ask if there's room). I feel good about making that effort and not just skipping the fitness class this week.

I took a long walk yesterday- hiking around to about 6 miles
I am getting ST back- weights and such. Been a long time and I am losing strength

You have two options for the November exercise challenge:

A. Post here, daily if you can, but at least once a week, how you did with exercise: share how long you exercised and what kind of exercise you did.

B. Pick some sort of exercise that you've been wanting to do but have been putting it off for some reason. Share what kind of exercise it is and come up with the smallest step(s) you can take to do more of this type of exercise. Then start taking these steps! Post here how you did with your efforts!
