I always enjoyed going to Astroworld, but my favorite memory is watching the nightly fireworks high in the sky from my home in Pearland.

My memory is really bad but I'll share anyway. After we'd spend the entire day, a few minutes before the park closed, we'd get a funnel cake. So my best memory was gorging on funnel cake as we rode the tram ride back to the parking lot.

I only went about 3 or 4 times to astroworld, but i'll always remember my first time--my 8th birthday. me, my mom, and my older cousin went and stayed from opening to closing. I was a fearless little squirt and rode the texas cyclone 7 times, the excalibur (my fave ride, so depressed when they tore that one down) 11 times, and just went nuts riding just about everything i could. didn't do any upside down rides--not brave enough for those.

I grew up going to Astroworld with family and friends. Texas cyclone was my favorite! I was so sad when it closed

I only went to Astroworld a few times but loved the roller coasters. I'm originally from Ohio so I'm used to Kings Island and Cedar Point. Astroworld was nice though. Wish it was still open.

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength

I must learn to love the fool in me- the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries...

When AStroworld was open I loved going on the Tx Cyclone,Greezed Lightning, and more, but those were the one that I went on the most besides thunder river. With Astroworld gone ten years ago. Do you think that it should have stayed, and not become a empty lot? I know that there is a major theme park coming to kingwood, but not the same as ASTROWORLD.
