Hi! I am 53, 5'6", live in the UK, am married, have no children or pets, enjoy walking as my main exercise, and also enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, listening to music, watching films, playing scrabble, and doing sudoku puzzles, amongst a lot of other things.

I am a born again Christian, and am currently trying to make my menu more varied and nutritious, as well as cutting out the sugar and additives. My diet is an average of 1500 calories over the course of a week, and I'm almost half way through a 100 pound weight loss. I want to start experimenting with exercise DVDs some time soon, and hope to be at goal weight (150 pounds) before Christmas 2017.
