Great ! Though sometimes we need to just maintain for awhile to give our bodies time to adjust to the new you I wouldn't sweat it right now enjoy the accomplishment that you already accomplished the rest will melt away in time

Linda,
Thank you for the comment. My 3% goal is 160 but I still want to eventually reach 150.

emoticon Diane to the team . I can so relate that the eating is more out of loneliness. This is the 1st time in decades that I have lived by myself. I too have gained 15 to 20 pounds of what I lost I too need to buckle down.

Remember you did an awesome job losing 68 lbs and most of us have a 5 lbs in either way Have you figured out your 3% my goal weight is 135 I give myself a 4 pound lead wa in either direction 131 to 139 .

Glad to have you with us

Hi, my name is Diane and I am 76 years old.
I am upset with myself. I did very good my first year with SP. In my second year I started snacking. Since February of this year the snacking has gotten out of control. I donít know why I am sabotaging myself but I need to stop. Iíve regained 5 of the 68 pounds I lost. If I keep this up the weight will continue to go up. This also means instead of the 10 pounds to goal I now have 15 to go.
Itís not only boredom but loneliness. See my blog for further thoughts.

Welcome to the site and to the team! One thing I try to remember is that if what you're feeling isn't hunger, food won't fix it. Hard to remember in the moment. But worth it! Hope you find success here!

The choices you make today will determine the path that your life will take.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
