hey! I'm Cindy! I'm married to a US Marine. We've been married for 6 years. Over the 6 years, I've put on about 60-70 pounds.. sadly, i've not prevented it from happening. I reached my breaking point when i stepped on the scale at my doctors office and it said 248 pounds! at 24 years old.. I'm now 25 and weigh 228 (ish), it fluctuates a couple pounds.

With moving to all the new places we've moved, I tend to get bored and turn to food. It's not necessarily junk food or crap food... it can be healthier food, but I just don't stop when I'm full. I do it sometimes to the point where I feel like my skin is stretching. or I just take one or two cookies at a time.. but do that for a while.. and before I know it.. i've eaten like 20... i'm really trying to avoid the kitchen when I'm bored... I gotta find a way to stop!
