Welcome to the team! Getting stronger is a great goal. I have been going to Orange Theory classes for almost a year (about 3 times per week) and while I have not had a significant weight loss, I have absolutely become stronger. My endurance (heart rate) has improved tremendously; the amount of weigh I can lift has increased; and am able to do body weight exercises that I could not do when I started.
Choose an exercise program that works for you and stay with it! You will gain confidence and feel great about yourself. And whether you choose to spend time with others or just enjoy time alone you will do it with great self esteem.

Sounds to me like you know what is healthy and good for you. It is a matter of staying the course. Be yourself and don't worry what other people might think. We only go around once in life and you should do what you want. Have a great evening.

Hello everyone!

I'm looking forward to being a member of this team. My goals are to become stronger, have more energy and be more outgoing. I'm a loner by nature and that tendency has become stronger as I get older. Also, because I've regained weight that I had previously lost, I don't want to go out and be with people because I don't feel good about myself. That's probably my biggest challenge.

I'm here to be encouraged and to encourage others. emoticon
