I've had episodes of that same crazy thinking - a similar impulse to "lapse" when my own s.o. is away, despite how counter-productive that obviously is. Each of us got here somehow, and each of us needs to work through whatever is necessary to move forward. You've made an incredible start with your loss thus far. Press on, and have a great day! :)

Hi Team "Over 60's"... How's everyone doing. Here we are already halfway through January 2014. Amazing to realize that we are all living in what used to be the science fiction of Hollywood. Just some food for thought. I've lost 10 lbs since I joined a couple of weeks ago. I'm sticking to the program but have discovered my 'bad' time of the day and I bet a lot of you will agree with me... When the house gets quiet and the tv is off and my s.o. is reading... I want to SNEAK into the kitchen and eat everything I can stuff into my mouth before he notices. So far I'm managing not to give in to this psychotic way of thinking about food. I'm happy to say that it's happening less and less. I don't want to ruin what I've done during the day. :-) I'd love to hear what you have to say in response to my "confession".

"May I never miss a sunset or rainbow because I am lQQking down."

"Work like you don't need the money,
love like you've never
been hurt,
and dance like no
one is watching."

"Live fully,
laugh heartily,
relax daily,
love completely
and enjoy the journey."

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body; but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Whoo, what a ride!!" -Unknown
