I know what you mean! I am the same way! I just can't be this size any longer. This is the most I've ever weighed and I going to end up with all the same problems my family has on both sides of I don't make a change...plus I always feel tired, wore out and just plain blah. My back hurts more often too! I have a disabled daughter who counts on me and if I'm not able to care for myself I can't be there for her like she needs! We CAN do this girl! I've had a few bad days since starting about 3 weeks ago but I've not given up...I am devoted to this AND I don't feel hopeless this time! Holler at me anytime you want as well as the other gals here!
