Actually you can use as many points as you earn. If you need the points you should use them for the extra energy your body requires.

I think you are still limited to using 4 activity points per day. You can carry those points over for one week but I don't think you can count more than 4 per day.

I use my heart rate monitor and for every 100 calories I burn I give myself that many points. For 427 calories I would give myself 4 points.

I'm with Cathy on this, I chose moderate all the time. I don't eat those points they are just for me to see how i'm doing. I enjoy watching them add up on the ww site.

I typically select medium intensity unless I've really worked out at a high intensity for a short amount of time ... I know I don't work out at high intensity for long. That makes the points earned seem more reasonable.

On the WW.com site, they deduct daily POINTS first, then our Weekly POINTS Allowance, then Activity Points. So, it's a while before you dip into Activity Points. I tend to never reach my Activity Points to exchange for food. Just FYI.

what intensity did you select? When I work at a high intensity for 60 min. on the treadmill, I earn 9 points and I'm 189.

I worked out and the WW fitness calculator counted it as me earning 10 points!! This seems a little much?? I weigh 250 and did a run/walk for 47 mins. My running watch said I burned 427 calories( based off age, pace, weight) the sparkpeople calculator said I burned 396. My bodybugg said 600 burned. I am reluctant to use the points since it seems a little much!! Any adivce from experienced WW peeps would be great!
