I just need to keep pushing myself. I love my apartment on the 12th floor but then they moved me to the 13th floor and I wanted at least to get to the 11th floor. I will be so excited to get my stuff on the moving van and get to 200 ville.

I was here a little over a year ago & it's so depressing not only to be back but I really feel a little down in this ville. As I've said before 200ville seems to be the turning point for me! I'm going to just emoticon till I'm out of here! emoticon

I'm still here! emoticon I took a little detour for a few days last week & I think that blew any chance of me getting out of here my the end of the month. Maybe if I try hard I can be out of here by the beginning of next month. I'm pushing for May 4th! On the bright side I only went off track for a few days NOT a few months like I would have done a year ago. Another good thing, one more lb. & I'll be down to the lobby! emoticon emoticon

I'm still here & down to the 4th floor as of this morning. I don't know how long it will take but I can see the lobby in a distance. I started packing my emoticon so when the time comes I will be ready to move on down the road. I'm just looking down at this post from 10 months ago. I did go off track & regained a whooping 30 lbs. back. In the beginning of January I got my act together & lost 37 lbs. so far. Thanks to my aha moment I've been staying on track since January! emoticon I'm down to 217 lbs. & hope to be out of here by the end of April(3 1/2 weeks). I don't know if that is doable but maybe by May 14th at the latest. I can't wait till I can move on down the road. On the bright side at least I'm out of 230 & 220ville!

The scale read 211 lbs. today I'm almost in the lobby. I started packing & made arrangements for my move. I've been here for 3 weeks now. That's not to bad. If you can move out of I ville in a month your doing excellent. The more weight you loss & the closer you get to your goal the longer & harder it gets to shed those pesky lbs.

Wow again! emoticon Their hasn't been no posts here since I posted in Oct. Since then I moved down to 200ville then came the birthday's, holiday's, & I can't forget Easter that just pasted. I moved up to 230ville them down to 220ville & now I'm back here. I'm going on retreat on May5th for 5 days. I won't have much control on what I eat! emoticon My stay here might be a little longer than I anticipated.

I'm still here too. I just can't seem to get out of this town. Every time I think I'm getting close, I'll gain a few pounds back. I guess, since it is the holiday season, that I hope to at least stay here throuout the holiday season, but after that, I'm going to make a concerted effort to finally get out of this town.

Everyday is a new start!

....well, actually, 206 pounds.

Hi, my name is angelina and I have been on a weight loss roller coaster/journey for 10+years.
I am 55 years old, married for 11 years and have 2 adult children and 5 step daughters. I am hypothyroid so I know it makes it a little bit more challenging but it can be done. I'm addicted to ice cream and popcorn.

I eat healthy in addition to my daily junk food: 2 salads a day plus 2 cooked veggies on most days, 1 fruit (prediabetics have to watch their sugar intake, I've done my research, even the good sugar from fruit. our bodies don't know the difference).

I love exercising so I do 1 hour 3-4, if not more times per week. It consists of walking mostly, lifting weights, cardio, aerobics. I'm happy that at least I do love to do that.

I told myself that I'm going to change a couple of things about my weight loss and health & wellness journey. My new changes are:

- this winter season, I am going to exercise 4x per week, and;
- be more attentive to my spiritual needs, which means a daily consistent dose of the things of
God. Be it reading my bible or partaking in a study, reading past bible study notes, or listening to spiritual-type music

I realize the I need to seek that for my own peace of mind and contentment. I feel that is the primary reason I have not been as successful with my "sticking more closely" weight loss program.
