Good for you making it that far, keep pushing! The weight fluctuation happens, it's a matter of trying to get into a healthy routine and sticking to it to keep the weight from getting really bad on your new non smoking journey.

I am hope and i am motivated to make changes, both in my health and weight loss areas. I am into my third day quitting smoking cold turkey, and, amazingly enough, it has been o.k. I am walking more, and my job is already physically demanding so I am getting exercise. Stepped on the scale however, and gained this morning. Just feel a little bummed about that, but I have to realize that weight can fluctuate, and maybe it's water weight? Anyway, I guess what's important is that i am finally beginning to be smoke free...and that in itself is a major accomplishment. could definitely use support and your experience on this as well! thanks, h.
