I am new to the 20 somethings with 20+ pounds to lose! I am actually 29! I would like to be 195 lbs by February, and hopefully be around 180 lbs by April when I turn 30! I have been trying to loose weight off and on for most of my life. I have started seriously though in August and have lost 15 lbs pounds so far. I still have around 40 lbs to go until I am around 180. I struggle with sticking to things. This is the longest I have lasted so far. I have started going to the gym but I wasn't counting my calories. I decided to start spark people again so here I am. I hope to make some new friends around my age so we can encourage each other!
