I fast everyday and I do a minimum of 16 hours but usually go 18-19 hours. I break my fast between 1-2 pm and try to stop by 7pm.

Which method are you using?

I am trying the 2 non-consecutive of ultra low calorie days. I lost 4.5 lbs in 2 weeks!
