My goal is to keep snacks within my calories range each day. Planning snacks helps me to keep hunger at even levels throughout the day.

Hi! I plan to find ways to snack, when I’m feeling the need, on healthy low sugar and fat snacks. I’m hoping to learn some new things from this challenge!

What are some different Team Goals? Anyone?

Eight hours of sleep is not realistic to participate. Avg 6 or 7 hrs.

Anyway to get some more team goals added? I would love to get 8 hours of sleep... but, that will not happen!
