I did not lose five pounds last month so I would like to continue losing on that. I would like to continue working on intermediate cardio and not hurt myself and stay within my calorie range.

I would like to lose five pounds this month. I also would like to increase the intensity of my work outs and do more yoga.

My goals this month are the same as last month. I need to read the Bible daily, spend time with the Lord daily, and stop nighttime eating.

I started line dancing in February. It's so much fun. I'd like to continue to do it. I gained weight in February. I need to lose it in March.

I would like to have more motivation to know that I am doing everything I can to release this weight of mine. The scale has been moving up and down and not going anywhere.

I am also going to try to get my elbow in shape again. I think I need physical therapy on it because I hurt it exercising.

I would like to exercise more than what I have been. I have been getting in about an hour but I would like to try more strenuous workouts.

I would like to incorporate steamed vegetables in all of my meals.

I would like to eat more to see if my weight changes because I find when I have rest periods I lose the weight.

For the rest of the month I want to add a focus on diet and exercise.
1. Get back to walking 5 miles per day, avg.
2. Balance out my heavier calorie foods with lower calorie ones. Eat a plate of steamed vegetables before a big bowl of popcorn, etc.
3. Buy a wider range of low calorie vegetables and experiment with soups, mashed turnip, etc.
4. Do some extra daily prep, whether it's chopping for a salad, or making soup, etc.

I am working on building better habits in different areas of my life. I am reading the book Good Habits, Bad Habits by Wendy Wood and it is very interesting.
So far, I am working on inventorying my fridge regularly (this has lead to less spoilage, and some $$ savings), doing one small new task each day to keep my bedroom in order (huge challenge area for me) and journal daily (this week's theme is how my strengths and weaknesses are impacting my job position search).
I want to learn to build good habits that still allow for my flexible nature.

For me I start with five to 10 min of Bike riding before I go to work
and I do a lot of walking on the job

I use my hand weight at lease 3 days a week.
