Food is planned & printed out for next 2 weeks, not much walking, at emergency today 4.5 hours after 3 hours sleep from food poisoning, extreme pain & sweating for 8 hours last night. It was from fish I left in fridge too long before cooking.

Today is my first day as a member & I plan to exercise 125 minutes & have my food planned & tracked for today. I have lost about 45 pounds in about 21 months. I am about 12 pounds from my goal weight now. I am single & live in B.C. Canada, I have no kids or pets.

Today I have ironing to do. I'm also watering the lawn. There's a bookcase in the basement to unload, move upstairs, and reload. In a little while I'll take a walk. After that I'm going to continue to work on getting the kitchen ready to paint. Will do some strength training this evening. Pushing myself toward more mindful eating and taking time to move.

The holidays are officially here. My plan is to lose some weight despite all the temptations that will surely come. But, if I can't lose, I know I can maintain and that will be great, too. I am at a healthy weight, but want to drop a few vanity pounds and inches. I also want to become stronger as I go. My goal for Halloween fun was to eat no more that two pieces of candy while celebrating with our grandkids last night. I did it. I ate two small pieces of Halloween candy. It was a nice little treat. We had a bouquet of edible arrangements delivered for the fun. So, we had a lot of wonderful fruit. I was pleasantly surprised to see the kids eating much more of that than the candy! Awesome!
