Hello everyone, I'm finally ready to get my life back instead of fighting it. My short term goals are simple. Exercise at least three times per week and eat healthier. Some of my long term goals are to lose 47 pounds to reach 225 and live a healthy lifestyle overall. I look forward to learning and supporting the groups I am part of.
