My name is Brenda.

I stumbled across this site when I was browsing for other things and decided to join it. I'm 32 years old and have always struggled with my weight. Hopefully hopping in here will help me get more motivation to eat better or just simply eat less. Food has always been a comfort for me when I'm stressed.
