I use the meal plan selectively. I check it and stay as close to it as I can but sometimes sub other healthy items. It is a good plan

Hi all, I'm not quite new to SparkPeople, I just haven't been using the tools available. I wonder if anyone has used the meal plan SparkPeople provides. Have you been successful with weight loss? I'm looking for a place to start and I like that a meal plan is provided to use. Thank you!
