Thank you all for the welcome, support and feed back. Today is going better, I think yesterday waited to long to eat (was busy with life). I am slowly getting in to the habit of this way of eating so I do not post much but I am reading as I go.

Hi and welcome! Good job n getting through the first days..it does get easier!!
You don’t have to drink bone broth. I did once...found it not to my liking and never had it again. Regular salty chicken broth, the Powerade zero, or simply some salt in water will all help!!
You can do this!!

Hello everyone, I am just coming back to SP and trying Keto for the first time. I have done other low-carb plans before but it was not the time. I wanted to eat whatever I wanted more than I wanted to change my habits. A Dr. that I follow said one time that sometimes we just need a break away from dieting and I notice that I was always thinking about "good and bad" foods and never enjoying it no matter my weight. I enjoyed getting to my top weight and see that I could stay there for almost a year eating freely.

One day I woke up and I guess I was ready and came back to SP.
Today is my day 7 on Keto and it was a hard day. I think it was because I had my first meal to late or just normal Keto Flu. I have being a little bit tired the past couple of days but today!!! oh man was a killer. Felt nauseous, shaky and did not want to eat my dinner.

SP friends were really encouraging and that helped a lot. I made bone broth (did not like that but I drank it. Tomorrow I will buy the powerade zero. Right now I am feeling much better. I took a nap and had dinner.

I am grateful that I do not have to do this alone and that there is a lot of experience here.
