I never formally introduced myself. My name is Regina. I am the secretary to the principal of our middle school. I love my job. I love the 280+ kids we serve. I love my life!
What I don't like is how age/hormones stole my waistline. That being said... I have two amazing young boys (21 & 19), a wonderful man and the cutest dog EVAH! I like to knit, play guitar, pray, go to Mass, read, watch baseball, play video games, bake, work out, listen to music. I can't wait to meet all the cool people on this website!

We are happy you have joined us!! I am sure you will love SparkPeople and all the tools that are at your fingertips. I love all the resources - the recipes, the exercises, the motivational articles - it keeps me focused and on track. Speaking of being on track . . . the trackers for food and exercise are probably the most valuable tools of all so be sure to use them!!

Hi there, my name is Debbie. I'm a Legal Administrative Assistant Hunt Valley, Maryland (20 minutes away from Baltimore). I am still a newbie, I joined on Apr 28. I have found many wonderful things on the site, including finding this Forum. My goals are: make better food choices; become healthier; learn to be positive about all my accomplishments on this journey (large and/or small); eliminate my medicine or switch to smaller doses; and support others who are traveling the path as well. I do currently exercise (Jazzercise 3 times/week) but I have arthritis in one knee which makes it difficult some days. I signed onto the 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge and will start tomorrow. Looking forward to getting my energy back when I start losing the weight.
