Welcome, Katrina! A lot of the members have advised you to track your nutrition & fitness every day & drink more water & watch portion sizes. However, one of the most important tools for me is to have contact with all my teams every day. I reply to messages often especially to welcome new members. We all need support, encouragement & motivation and the only way we can do this is thru posting messages. Together we will succeed!
