I'm sorry about your SI pain. I have it too, as well as lumbar, hip and knee arthritis and chronic foot problems. I have had injections, radiofrequency ablation, and physical therapy. I see a pain specialist I like who has helped me try different things. Right now I am using a back brace which helps some, you can get one at Walmart but I got mine from my physical therapist. I love PT, it has helped me quite a bit. I got hurt trying to exercise but with her I can work out safely. For my pain I use naproxen, heat, PT, pacing myself, back brace and topical creams such as Aspercreme. A hand held massager sometimes helps and I have a TENS unit but I don't get much relief from that. It's something you could try. These are things I use, but for your particular pain, follow your doctor's advice. I hope you find some relief.
