Hi! I have a bulging disc in my back. I've never had an accident or fell, etc. I'm usually in constant pain and miserable with the back pain. I was told to lose weight to alleviate some of the pain. It hurts like heck sometimes to exercise. I am looking for suggestions on low impact exercises and just support to get this weight off.
