Hi I am Tami S i am new to this team but i love her DVDs right now i am doing Leslie 2 and 3 mile walking videos i have. I am preparing to do my first 5k marathon in the next 8 to 10 weeks. My goal is to finish it from beginning to end walking it! I do a lot of different excising but the most i do is walking i am walking inside and outside and i am striving to walk everywhere around town. Well i am glad to meet everyone!!
