Don't wait until you "feel like it " to exercise, that only happens AFTER YOU ARE DONE! ( the first 10 minutes are the hardest, after that it gets easier to keep going)

You never know what you might achieve if you just go for it and push through!

Welcome Kristen,
I started on the 4th and I am down about 5 pounds I was down a little more but ate out on Mother's Day and I am still trying to get back to that weight. I am still learning how to do all this but my boyfriend is supportive and has been eating some of it and a little more.
On Friday night a friend came by and I had my meal testing protein so we all had white fish. It was great they all had larger portions but we ate it all.
