Rebounding is my Go To when I don't have time to do a more aggressive workout. Since I have all-day access to my rebounder, I try to jump 500 to 1000 jumps, using different movements, every time I walk past it so that over the course of the day I jump a lot! I've noted Asthma being triggered verses when it is not an issue, makes a big difference in how long I jump at one time.

I like to rebound for 50 minutes while watching old tv shows on dvds. Quite a sense of accomplishment when I'm finished.

It's also nice to split that up in increments. Just pause the video (I have a separate tv near my rebounder back in my craft room), and come back later or the next day.
I haven't been as faithful lately, but need to get back into the game. Between struggling with a 'minor' fall in mid-April that has left me with an aching wrist (still!) and bruises on my knee (still!), and struggling with a pulled Achille's tendon, and struggling with heavy monthlies, it's hard to keep on track!
But I love love LOVE rebounding-doesn't matter HOW you do it or for how LONG you do it, it's beneficial.

As for how long - It varies wildly for me. It's like "how much time do you have?". Sometimes I go all stupid and rebound for an hour because I'm really enjoying the music on my Rebounder playlist on Spotify. Then I wonder why I ache so much the next day!!

Other times I will think, "Oh, I don't have an hour.... I should do something... I don't want to go outside and walk because it's too hot/cold/windy/buggy/nice out/dusty/whatever other excuse I can use... oh, SparkDude says I should just do something for 10 minutes." And it's like I literally have to tell myself, "Now Julia, it is not shameful or bad to only rebound 10 minutes!" because you know I was raised in the 70's and 80's as teen and young adult to believe it wasn't good enough exercise unless I just ran for hours (it seemed!!)...

I don't always follow a specific workout. I probably look like a disjointed puppet, but oh well...
