Long-time Sparker here! I've done this challenge before and it's a fun way to get back on track. I actually started my jump start about 10 days ago and have lost 3 pounds so far. That's the easy weight to lose - it hasn't been there long. So this challenge will help my up the pace a bit. Have fun, everyone - get fit in 2015!

Hi everyone! I'm Jessica. I'm a 32 yr old single working mom of 2 kids. I'm very busy, have a very tight budget and thyroid issues so have a hard time getting weight loss to work. Hello, everyone. I'm Theresa, a retired admin in Washington. My primary goal for retirement is to get fit again. I put on 50 pounds in 4 months after 3 rounds of steroids for hives (I'd break out again as soon as I went off them) and just kept gaining.

In the six months since retirement, I've only lost 9 pounds but I've lost 4 inches in most of my measurements. I'm hoping this challenge will help me rev things up a bit.

My name is Anne and I enjoyed doing this challenge last year, to get rid of December excess.
I hope to get re-motivated as I have started to let things slide over the last 3 months. I have been at goal but now a few extra stubborn lbs have stuck on. Hi everyone! I'm new to this challenge. It's been a little rough this Fall. I broke my hand in September then was in a car accident in November. Both have impacted me more than I could have imagined...and I've picked up five pounds in the last few weeks. It's time to STOP the madness.

Hi. I haven't done this challenge before but I want to get back into consistently exercising. I am trying to get over a knee injury and I'm looking forward to getting back a rhythm and losing the weight that crept on while I had to cut back my training. I'm going to be 33 on the 27th and I want to be in better shape.

I probably restart this challenge every year, but here we go again!

I just turned 30. I am a SAHM. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old, both wise beyond their years. I have 2 herniated discs and suffer from chronic migraines. I'm married (for 7 years now). And the 4 of us live with my 92 year old grandfather and our cat and a fish.

I did this challenge 2 years ago, at that point I was more fit and the videos were not enough. Last year I was just finding out I was pregnant and the emotional roller coaster was horrible.
This year I am working on getting me back so this challenge should be good!
Lots of complications after the baby was born, and I had to quit my very active job to stay home with her through the winter so I am desperate to find active things to do through the day. We have a small house and it is hard to get steps in. So this challenge should be a good way for me to get a little extra movement going.

Hi, my name is Sue and I have been on SP for 4 years and have done this challenge for all 4 of them. It is a good way to get me started on my workouts on a daily basis. I love a challenge, and meeting new people keep me accountable.
I don't have a specific diet that I am using, I am just trying to eat smaller portions and make healthier choices.
Lately, I have been trying to do at least 10 minutes a day of deliberate exercise or at least walk for 10 minutes a day. It's been working out good but I hope to increase my time on 1/1/2015!

Hello.
The new college semester started in August and my priorities changed.
I need to make my health a priority again. I'm hoping this challenge will get me physically active again. My doctor wants me to walk for 30 minutes at least three times a week. Since this challenge has me doing cardio 5 times a week, I'm ahead of the game. Looking forward to being successful.
