Drop off all those unwanted pounds and inches here!!

I started getting serious about mindful eating and losing weight at the end of February. I buckled down, got control of my eating again, started doing exercise that's doctor approved and so I'm going to drop off what I've lost in the last 5 weeks!

Pounds: 18

Inches: 26.75

So just post what you have lost and then add it to what is already there! I want to share in everyone's excitement over down-sizing.
