Hi, my name is Debbie. I have been on diets since I was a teenager and here I am again, or still. I have been on Weight Watchers, Dr. Bernstein, and now am on Dr. Poon's metabolic diet. So far I have lost 21 pounds and am very happy with my results, but I always fear regaining the weight. I am getting closer to my goal (which seemed impossible a few months ago) and I will continue to do this until I get where I want to be. Please do not let me go back to my old bad habits and let me lead a healthy, happy life. I would like to get off this roller coaster that I have been on for so long
