Hi,

My name is Callie and I have 55 lbs to lose. I am off to a great start with SP.

I am currently doing two official SP challenges.

SP Official Stress Busting Challenge (in week ONE), and SP Official Better Sleep Challenge (in week ONE)

Here are the changes I have made so far:
1. Planning meals now
2. Drinking 2.2 L of H2O per day
3. Keeping fruit in bowls throughout my house
4. Tracking my food calories
5. Working out every day
